Q:What is your main product?
FINIAL: We can supply the window system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
Q:What is your delivery time?
FINIAL: 38~45 days after deposit and drawing signature, as extrusion profile need 25 days to reach us.
Q:What is your payment terms?
FINIAL: Normally, 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: Do you accept customized design and size?
FINIAL: Yes, sure. The design and size all are according to customer customized choice.
Q: What is your color available?
FINIAL: Color available from the colorbond or RAL or interpon or real color sample
Q: What is your MOQ order?
FINIAL: USD10000 min for the order value, if under, then we need charge extra USD600 for the color adjusting fee and machine running fee.
Q:What's your generally packaging?
FINIAL: with carton and protective film first and then put all windows on the iron steel pallets and the fix with airbag and keep it not moving in the container.
